As we await the news of who will fill the Lanvin and Dior spots, I was prompted to pen this article for FashionUnited. Sisters are not feeling the love. That’s our bottom line, Mr Arnault.

Please read the article here

  1. Brilliant, brilliant piece. Sue is muttering next to me as she reads it that it is not much difference than any other industry. This happens to be targeted at women, which makes it even more shameful.

  2. 🙂 Excellent!
I don’t think Mr. Arnault is interested in hiring any kind of women – unless they’re stick insects that will fit into his designers’ clothes and present them well.
Unfortunately there is no fashion for short women and/ore those with Rubens curves out there…at least not to my knowledge.
And I have to say I am less and less interested in these so called high fashion mags because of that. Do I need to look at pictures of stick insects with unwearable clothes? No!
Keeping my fingers crossed for you and your students that they will rise and shine and show the old boys where to go … 😀 xo

  3. Whew! A tough go~and a map for change I cannot offer. Hmmm….
